YaDo! is a design hostel with various tiles scattered throughout the space. The name of the hostel, YaDo!, conveys the idea that people from all over the world come together and have fun!
The wallpaper in the hostel is inscribed with messages from past guests. We also value creating a space where guests can feel free to come back and update their messages.
It can be lively at times, but it can also be a calm and comfortable place to relax.
Many small tiles come together to create a single piece of art. Just like the tiles, we aim to create a space where people can gather and connect with each other. In the center of the entrance, the streets of Kyoto are expressed with tiles.
The hostel wallpaper is covered with messages from past guests. Guests who happen to stay at the same time can leave messages with each other. Also, when you visit, the space makes you feel like you’re home.
